Terms and conditions.

The Performance Health Benchmark, £599, is from Performance Health AI Ltd, trading as Performance Health, and delivered by me, Lou Nicholettos. It includes your blood draw at a partner clinic, the lab analysis, your Blueprint questionnaire, your Benchmark report and a 15 minute results call. The Flagship and Self-Guided programmes are from the same company. What's included, the fee and any payment plan are set out on your payment link and in the email that came with it, and where a programme includes an advanced test the kit is ordered as soon as you've paid.

Everything I provide is a wellness and performance analysis, not medical treatment, and it doesn't replace care from your GP. If anything in your results needs medical attention, your report says so clearly and points you to your GP.

Because you buy online you have 14 days from payment to change your mind, by emailing lou@performancehealth.uk from the address you paid with. When you pay, you ask me to start straight away rather than wait, so if you do change your mind within the 14 days you pay for what has already been done or committed for you, such as any lab and phlebotomy cost already incurred, tests already ordered, consultations already held and work already completed. Any balance goes back to the card you paid with. Once your blood has been taken, or once the 14 days have passed on a programme, the service runs as agreed and the fee, including any remaining instalments, is payable. If you pay by instalments they continue until the agreed fee is paid, unless we agree otherwise in writing. If your circumstances change, email me and we'll talk it through.
